Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid membership plans purchased on SmartRishtey.com.
Please read it before making a purchase.
1 General Refund Rule
Membership fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated and premium features
(e.g., viewing contact details, sending interests) have been accessed.
We strongly recommend that you explore all free features before upgrading. Our support team is happy to answer any questions before you purchase — call +91 79032 80759.
2 When a Refund Is Eligible
A full refund will be processed if:
Technical Activation Failure
Payment was deducted but membership was not activated due to a technical error on our end — and you have not accessed any premium feature.
Duplicate Payment
The same membership plan was charged more than once within 24 hours due to a payment gateway error.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date, along with your Transaction ID and registered mobile number.

Review (2–3 business days)
Our team verifies the transaction and eligibility.

Credit (7–10 business days)
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method — card, net banking, or UPI wallet.
SmartRishtey.com is not responsible for bank or payment gateway processing delays beyond our control.
4 Plan Cancellation
- No auto-renewal — memberships expire on the end date without automatic charge.
- You may deactivate your profile at any time from My Account → Settings.
- Profile deactivation does not entitle you to a refund for remaining membership days.
